This classic wooden pergola is made of solid and durable glue-laminated spruce. The strong and durable wood is easy to assemble by using the self-tapping screws that come with the prefabricated assembly set. The wood is sturdy and durable, but you must treat it with some wood protection after assembly to withstand the elements. You can use transparent wood protection and maintain the wood or a colour of your liking so the pergola blends in – or stands out – depending on your preference.

The light and elegant pergola will create an incredible room on the patio or garden. You can place the pergola on flagstones or post bases. Please note that post bases or other anchoring is NOT enclosed! The pergola is made in the EU. When you have assembled and painted the pergola, you can enjoy a unique garden room with lounge furniture or a dining set where you can be together with friends and family. Place the wooden pergola in the open or against a hedge, fence, or wall.

Do you want a place with shade or sheltered against a little rain, it is quite easy to pull a large tarp or sun sail over the wooden structure. Make sure that the fabric is secured so it does not fly away. Make sure that water does not assemble on top of the pergola as it can damage the structure. Please note that it is just a temporary solution with the tarp or sun sail!

Finally, you can plant various climber plants around the pergola so the plants can decorate the structure. Use elegant flower pots or have the plants directly in the ground if possible. Plants like clematis, honeysuckle, or climbing rose – to mention a few – will look fabulous, covering parts of the pergola.
